RIP Don LaFontaine

Don LaFontaine died yesterday. The Duluth native is the voice actor who is famous for "In a world where..."

Jeff said...: I got a speeding ticket on the way back from Luther along Highway 52. I was still in Iowa so the ticket was only 90 bucks (the nice officer dropped it from 76 in a 55 to 70 in a 55) as opposed to the 180 I'd have probably paid here in Minnesota. BLAST!; September 2, 2008 at 12:19 PM

locopuyo said...: I was pretty surprised how good it is for such an early state. It renders pretty fast and the interface is pretty good. The best part is obviously that each tab runs seperate and you can always close it. Once they get further down the road with all of the options fully implemented and whatnot I might consider using it. I think this will steal a lot of firefox users over. I doubt I would ever switch to it from Opera though.
