For Puyo
Well here it is. The future home of Puyo Enterprises. The company that will be producing Dr. Daisy Pet Vet II, III, IV. Dr. Daisy Pet Vet V though IX will be made by EA when they buyout Puyo Enterprises. It's inevitable.Questions for KofC members:
Squatting Bear: How is Crisis Core?
Eternal: Did you drop Squatting Bear? Do you remember?
Puyo: Was "Rando" upset that I kept calling him "Rando"?
Warthog: When are you moving to Decorah?
Playboy: Do you exist?
Dammer: Were you been on the blog these days?
Adeclipse: Same question as Dammer
Tilla: Why weren't you at the party? Don't say "wedding stuff."
Pablito Neal: I don't really have a question for you.

Video Game Tattoos and New Halo Map
IMPORTANT: At 5pm CST, I will be migrating the website to kofcclan.blogspot.com. Update your bookmarks, homepage, business cards and anything else that has the old information on it.
There is a kind of a lot of news today so try to stay with me.
Video Game Tattoo:
Yesterday's post about the guy with the Halo Legendary tattoo got me thinking. What if he had received a tattoo with the images of his other favorite games. Would they be as cool if it were some other video game character instead of the Elite head and crossed swords?
While this tattoo isn't as cool as these ones, I did get a chance to talk to the man that got legendary tat and he agreed to answer some of my questions. He told me that he first considered getting a couple different games tattooed on his back and sometimes regrets his final decision. He was always a big fan of Pong so he considered the iconic Pong paddle and square ball.
He decided that a large vertical black line might not be recognizable as a video game character and could show through his white shirts. Thus making it look like he was always wearing a jersey numbered, 1.
He also considered his favorite game of all time. It's a rather new game but the programming is top notch, he has been playing it pretty much non-stop since the midnight release party.
That's right, he is a HUGE Dr. Daisy Pet Vet fan.
New Halo Map: Avalanche
They released the details and images of the second new map in the Legendary Map Pack. It will be released on April 15th (tax day! yay!) for 800 MS points. This is the same prices as the Heroic pack but let's hope it's better.
Like I predicted the second map, which was named Cottonball is now named Avalanche and is a remake of Sidewinder. They say it's more of a tribute to Sidewinder and not so much a remake and I think it's neither. It has a similar curved shape but that seems to be where the greatness that comes from the Halo 1 map ends. They have gotten rid of the tunnel system that connected the two bases, and there are no portals nor ladders.
According to Bungie they want to focus the fighting out into the open with vehicles. I never really used vehicles in Sidewinder, well, except for using the turret in the hog to slip through the gate where the overshield and cloak was. I really don't want to be forced to do anything in a map, that seems to take a way the creativity that Halo 1 was known for.
Anyway check out Bungie's write up of the new map and let me know what you guys think. I think Josey knows what I am talking about when I say I am not getting my hopes up.
OMGGH4DS:
Guitar Hero: On Tour for the DS was revealed today. Check out the link. There is a peripheral for the DS, I don't think you will be disappointed.
Dammer gets 50 bucks:
Dammer you did buy the HDDVD player for the Xbox didn't you? Did you get it at Best Buy or Circuit City? Well if you did, and if any other Knight did, you can get a $50 dollar giftcard from the retail stores if you can prove you bought it before the Microsoft called the format "dead".
COD4 Update for PS3 (No one cares? Oh okay.)
The COD4 update just came out for the PS3 version of the game, so I can finally see the improvements you guys have been playing with for a while.

Nice.
LocoPollo has joined Nice. The official clan of 1337 Pwnage.
Only the most elite players and babes are allowed to join and LocoPollo was chosen.
If you knew how good they are you would think they're modest.

Knights of Cydonia: Get to Know 'Em (Tilla)
Age: 22 and 3/4 years of age
Sex: Yes Please!
If you could go out drinking with any 3 people, alive or dead, who would they be? Your mom, Cortona, and Bob Ross
Same question, replace drinking with video games: The angry German kid who was caught on camera cursing and screaming whilst playing video games (http://youtube.com/watch?v=kBVmfIUR1DA), Jim Cramer from MSNBC's Mad Money, and Sergeant Major Avery J. Johnson
What was your Halo 1 name, who did you frequently play with on the Luther network, and did you ever encounter Josey, SB, LocoPollo, or DammerWillEatU? If so what were your immediate impressions? My Halo 1 name was DIPSHIT. Unfortunately I was unable to play any Luther network games because LUTHER SUCKS!!! The only people I ever played with were Christian Kline [Editor's Note: Ramathorn], Pants, and some of their other buddies. I guess I played against Pollo a few times. My initial thoughts of him were, "Who is this dude and why doesn't he have a life?" (Referring to the game me and my buddies played him 3 v 1 and got pwned).
Halo 1, 2, or 3? 3, 1, ……………………………………………………………………..2
Preferred Halo 3 weapon? My trusty rusty BR (he he he)
Least favorite weapon? NEEDLER!!! There's no way that gun is that powerful!!! [Editor's Note: IS TOO!!!]
Preferred Halo 3 vehicle? You can't go wrong with the reliable Warthog. Fun to drive and even more fun to lazer the S#$@ out of them as the opposing team flees towards their base in a frantic game of CTF.
Least favorite vehicle? Brute Chopper. Enough said!!!
Best Halo memory? I would have to say that my best Halo memory would be purchasing the Special Edition Halo Xbox with a fresh copy of Halo and 2 transparent green controllers. After pawning off of my friend's Xbox for quite some time, I was glad to finally have my own copy and play whenever I wanted to.
Worst? None. I bad day of Halo is far better than a good day at work. [Editor's Note: It's true Sandy.]
What is your favorite energy drink? Definately Von Dutch. Unfortunately, I cannot find it anywhere...Bastards!
What is your favorite pop/soda? GAME FUEL!!!
What happened when you tried to stop drinking energy drinks and soda? Massive headache! My body could not suffice without the taste of pure, unadulturated caffine/sugar. [Editor's Note: Your level of irritability was off the charts, much like a crackless crack addict.]
You are given the opportunity to maim one single person from the Luther community of students. Who do you choose and why? MATT REYHONS!!! Need I say more!
You recently purchased a house, what is the first part of this house you are going to spend a large amount of your earnings on making cool? No doubt about it...I must have a theater room.
What is your current video gaming setup (TV, Audio, etc.)? Well lets just put it this way...at least I have a color TV... [Editor's Note: It could be worse. DisabilityDan had a 9 inch screen he played 4 player on.]
What are your Halo 3 strengths? Sitting back and not attacking when our team has the lead.
Weaknesses? Going into an ambush all by myself when my team is down...
If you could only eat from the Luther cafeteria for the rest of your life (heaven forbid) what would you eat, and in what ways would you make use of stroganoff's various forms (casserole, sandwhich, noodles, salad, etc.) since you obviously would not eat it? I would probably wander my way over to the pasta line and pray to God that they actually have Garlic and Herb sauce. Then I would ask for as many noodles as they can fit on my tray and just tell them to dump out the whole pan of Garlic and Herb sauce. After that, I would find my way over to the Grill line and pick up 10 Itallian Grilled Chicken patties to top off my tray of pasta delisciousness. The stroganoff would come in handy when filling my neighbor's drawers with whatever nasty concoction I can get ahold of. Those loud ass douschbags will be quiet now!
Rank the top 3 futbol teams you are a fan of. Arsenal,.......................Man U, then AC Milan
Rank the top 3 futbol players you are a fan of. Thierry Henry, Wayne Rooney, and Peter Crouch
You can have a drink at any drinking establishment in the world. What's your drink, where are you drinking it, and in what kind of glass/container? I would have to say a pint of Guinness at any pub in Ireland. If you have not been to Ireland, you are missing out.
Seeing as both you and LocoPollo are red-heads, what is your estimated arrival of red hair losing it's recessivity and becoming a dominant gene? Does it give you any advantage in Halo play? It already is dominant...you better watch yourselves!

Knights of Cydonia: Get to Know 'Em (Locopollo)
Name: Benjam'n Hansen
Age: 23 DC84
If you could go out drinking with any 3 people, alive or dead, who would they be?
Benjamin Franklin, Cliffy B. and Olivia Munn.
Same question, replace drinking with playing video games:
Me, Fatal1ty, and the Ogres would make an unstoppable team in any game.
Halo 1, 2, or 3?
3>1>2
Preferred Halo 3 weapon?
The common misconception is that I prefer the sniper rifle but in reality IMMA CHARGIN MAH LAZER!!
Least favorite weapon?
The Brute Spiker. Why does a weapon with blades suck so much?
Preferred Halo 3 vehicle?
The brute chopper is pretty sweet but nothing beats the default Warthog.
Least favorite vehicle?
The Brute Prowler. It is an inferior knock-off of the Specter.
Best Halo memory?
It is hard to pick just one. I've had so many great ones. There was the time Dammer and I camped on the cliff side of the red base in blood gulch in an instant respawn CTF game with no vehicles and racked up over a hundred kills each with under five deaths playing with Saucy and the other nubblets over the Luther network. [Editor's note: Saucy less than nubblets.]
In the early days of Halo 2 assault you could go into “sudden death” indefinitely if you just held on to the bomb after time expired. Me, Squatting Bear, Dammer, and Space Monkey were tied 2-2 so we hid on top of the cloak tower in Zanzibar with the bomb with the intention to out wait our opponents. After a few hours it was getting late and we realized they weren't going to give up anytime soon. So we set a book on top of my controller so I would remain crouched and hidden from the enemy's view, then we went to sleep. In the morning the other players were still there but they didn't appear to be playing so we planted the bomb and won. The game lasted over 8 hours, so long the time didn't even show up on bungie.net. It was a glorious battle and we won.
Worst?
Playing instant respawn shotty no shield CTF. [Editor's Question: Does Josey take offense?]
What position of employment in Ramathorn's rocket factory would you be most suited for?
Lead Engineer, it would be annoying when the prototypes I would be working on mysteriously end up in Ramathorn's hands when I need them.
Who would you say people (a.k.a. KofC members) think is better in and out of bed , your sister or your mom? [Editor's Note: No Comment from LocoPollo, although recent assumptions would indicate that SB prefers LocoPollo's brother.]
What is your favorite beverage?
The original Mountain Dew Pitch Black, but since they don't make it anymore nothing tastes better than your sister's milk. [Editor's Note: LocoPollo added this question in response to the previous question.]
Would you consider purchasing shoes with velcro straps to alleviate how often they become untied? If not, why not and would you consider a laces/velcro hybrid? If so, what is the chance of Squatting Bear urinating on them while drunk?
No, junk always gets stuck on the velcro and a hybrid would have the same problems. Even if the problem of junk getting stuck on the velcro was somehow solved, they would undoubtedly be ruined when Squatting Bear takes his 3 AM leak.
Who do you hate more, non-republicans, anti-videogamers, catholics, Iowans, or dog-face CS chick and why?
Anti-video gamers because they ignore reason and facts, they use fallacy ridden arguments, and because I play and make video games for a living.
What size and type of TV do you play on?
46” 1080p Sharp Aquos LCD with a 4 ms response time. It supports 1080p through component video which is very nice. [Editor's Note: My TV identical to this one is current trucking it's way to my apartment.]
Every videogamer has a prized controller from their present or past, what is yours (include specifics including but not limited to size, weight, nickname, distinguishing markings, etc.)?
Salty. Salty is an original Xbox “big” or “duke” controller. I replaced the left joystick with a right joystick from another big controller and put salt colored with green chalk inside the gem.
What are your halo 3 strengths?
I pwn at everything. If you know how good I am you think I'm modest. I guess if I had to pick one thing it would be my illusive ability to stay alive through the most intense firefights. I have a knack for living.
Weaknesses?
I am a single being. I haven't completely perfected the shotgun yet. I win the vast majority of my shotty battles but I feel my ability with this gun could be closer to perfection.
Who would win in a battle of skills, Unky in chemistry or Josey in modeling?
It would be an evenly matched battle but I believe in the end they would team up to create a best selling male modeling grease. [Editor's Note: Ew.]
Seeing as both you and Tilla are red-heads, what is your estimated arrival of red hair losing it's recessivity and becoming a dominant gene? Does it give you any advantage in Halo play?
I estimate 9/9/2552. A guy with red hair will just skip the heating up phase because “He's on fire!”.
