5 friends uncensored

I was told to send this to 5 friends, and since I don't have any friends I thought I would just post it on here.

Some of it is funny, and it mentions Halo.

Couple problems with video. I think it could have been more effective had it not been so liberally biased. I realize that Hollywood is, but perhaps mention terrorism, for example, so it's not so alienating (maximizing votes, of course, may not be their motivation).

And I don't really agree that voting gives you power or allows you to change things, that's just not true.

I did register to vote. Someone came by with a sheet of paper, I had a pen handy, and it took about 30 seconds. Plus, there is a polling place right outside the cafeteria. Mostly I'm just sick of arguing with people about why I am not voting.

Unky, valid points... they tried to address both sides... a bit. But they know the type of people that will be drawn to this are likely to vote democratic.

I am a little confused by what you said. Did you say they did not mention terrorism or they did?

You could argue that sending this to 5 people could make a difference, maybe that's what they are saying. Also, it's about voting in general, you can make a difference in your local elections.

yeah, the fact that it was a chain type of thing could have an effect. I just took exception to the phrase YOU have the power (even if you do send it to 5 others it still doesn't assure they will send it/vote).

Yeah I meant they could have said something about terrorism if they wanted to be more balanced. I couldn't really think of any other issues other than ones that contradicted what they already said.

they did mention terrorism. And you could argue that saying "caring about gun control" could mean either side.

Don't get me wrong it's obviously left leaning but they made some superficial attempts.

Ok, there were a few things wrong with that video.

1. There was no nudity
2. It was way to long
3. Some of the celebrities sucked ass
4. There was no nudity
5. It was not short
6. There was zero nudity

Other than that, and the fact that it was very liberal it seemed.

If it takes a bunch of celebrities saying the same thing over and over again to get someone to vote I don't think I want that person to vote...remote

locopuyo said...

lol ignore the ...remote I was typing in the wrong window. Shit gets confusing when you're logged into 5 computers at once

Okay... I apologize for the video. I thought Jona Hill and Sarah Silverman were funny.
