K of C Likes Beer, But Not Empty

You voted and the votes are in. It was a close race but imported beer was victorious. It a surprising turn of events, Keystone Light and Coors Light two old staples for K of C members, were defeated. K of C members have fancy tastes preferring imported beers to the best domestics the USA can offer, i.e. Keystone and Coors, brewed a mile above sea level, and with an amazing frost brewed liner to keep beer cold.

Some how only two good men voted for empty, shocking and reveling, but true. For all of you close followers of the K of C blog rest assured a new drinking poll will appear later today.

Final unrelated note, The amazing and super talented Bret Michaels and Poison will be performing on new year’s eve. Tickets include a night of solid rock and all the booze you can drink, I plan on being in attendance, I hope other K of C members will be joining.

This win for expensive imported beer is a sign that (most) KofC members are maturing and becoming rich young executives.

Some of us are rich that is ture, no need to name names (The Daymonster) everyone knows who the rich guys are.

I voted for Busch Light and Rando Domestic. So lay off. Plus the empty option was dumb, because why would I want an empty beer? Empty's suck for so many reasons, a. there is no reason to think that I drank it b. you have to clean them up c. there is no more beer to drink.

Also, I have my song nominee(actually 2) please email me the song that you want so I can put it up. or worst case email me the title and I'll see if I can find it.

I voted for Coors Light and Empty.

I wouldn't be so hasty in hating on the empties. When I see an empty can it makes me thirsty, hence driving me to drink. Empties are also put to good use in a game called land-mines and in some states allow you to capitalize off of your initial beer investment to help you purchase more beer. Lastly I really only see empties in a party/drinking situation, which implies we're all having a good time.

would you rather have a full cold beer in front of you or a empty can that you may or may not have drank?

either way it was confusing. Wake up pete so I can get a song from him.

If it is directly in front of me I can in most instances assume I drank it seeing as I do not like to spend time leaving my drinking seat in a party situation. Am I lazy? Yes. Efficient in my drinking? That too.

The comments on empty beers are nice. Tom is missing some of the point. I would have expected the K of C members to understand the clear Beerfest refrence.Dammer's points are good as well.

I am a terrible KofC member. I did not get the Beerfest reference specifically I guess. Please explain how that is a direct reference.

Daymonster I am not mad at you or upset, I am just very sad. The fact that you did not get it only means that you have been deprived of much joy and fun, it pains me to think of the harship you have been through. I could explain it to you, many K of C members could, but to do so would cheat you of the pure joy of finding it out on your own, I assure you it is not hard, all you need is a 30 pack of Keystone Light and a copy of beerfest and a few hours to watch it over and over again getting super pumped each time, and drunk. Be careful as you wacth to not get depressed that you are not acutally training for a super seceret international dirnking competition to take on the Germans for national pride, it sadends me every time.

If there is one reason to enjoy an empty can it is Beerfest. 73% my reason for existing.

Soild Dammer, admit Beerfest changed your life. I know I would not be the man I am today with out it.
